When writing a transfer essay...

Hi, I'm working on applying to transfer for the spring semester because the school I'm at right now just is not suiting my needs and desires. I have been working on an essay that basically compares the program I'm currently in at my current school to the program I'm attempting to apply to and how I feel the latter would be much better for me career goal-wise and personal growth-wise. I do not badmouth my current school at all, I do however say that the campus and it's academic programs are just not suited to what I want, there is a lack of pride in the school and I call choosing to go there "a mistake" but I do say the academics are fine and the courses I am currently enrolled in are intriguing, just not for me and what I want. Would this be seen more as complaining about the school I'm in right now by the admissions office? I'm really not sure.
