When you are at "YES, I got in today!!!!"......

did you find out by the "unofficial transcript" way, or the "postal mail" way?

A bunch of people posted yesterday about the status change - transcript method of notification ;) - and my S got the letter today, 2 days after the status change. I'm trying hard not to open it!

I have an official transcript now, but I haven't gone home to see if the letter has come. It may be there or come tomorrow.

I only cared when I got my thing in the mail. I mean it is really official that way.

What if my unofficial transcript is inaccurate on their website?!

I swear on my mother's grave they made a mistake, it says I took Spanish as a language, but I really took French throughout HS. What a load of bollocks, some of my HS credits are inaccurate as well.

My unofficial transcript never showed up after my final status change - and what do ya' know? Rejectance letter came today. So it's most likely pretty accurate.

I'm sorry to hear that, Sidra. What were your stats?

@Sidra: what do you mean by "final status changed"?

That would be when the status changes to "We have reviewed your application...". If you do not have a transcript by that change, then it is a reject, I'm afraid.

My girlfriend's D got her rejection letter from UW today--via mail (we are Norcal). Sounds like at least one wave of bad news letters have been mailed at this point.....

BTW, sorry to hear your news, Sidra. Hope you have some other great choices. Good luck.

thanks, Sherwelthlangley.

My status is currently at "We have received all materials required to review your application. Your application will remain in this status until decisions are finalized. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made."

good luck to me :)

@ Sidra: I am also interested in knowing what your stats (SAT, GPA, etc) were.
