When you get accepted to Duke EA, do they send out thin or fat envelopes?

haha, i wasn't suggesting that there's someone in there manually clicking a button (although i agree the idea is funny), but rather that there must be some kind of tech support team in there to oversee the whole thing. but yeah, i figured the thing would be automated.

Isn't 12/14 the date for ED Online decision?

i think it was 12/14 last year. this year all i've seen is 12/15.

A Saturday? That's unheard of.

why would that be unheard of?

Because I did not hear of it

that was rather unnecessary

I Agree

duke has early action? i thought all they had was early decision.

There is no Early Action. Only Early Decision

so then why is the title of the thread "When you get accepted to Duke EA"? i'm surprised no one's said anything.

I'm sure it was just a typo. Or the person who created the thread just thought EA but meant ED. The two terms aren't all that different. (early action, early decision; I could see how someone could casually confuse the two)

It doesn't really matter anyway.
