^If that is so, then I am not a CCer. Bad definition!! :D

when you know more about the colleges you are applying to than your guidance counselor.

^ That probably holds true for over 90% of CCers lol

^^ so true.

when you are ashamed when you get on the honor roll (b+ students) instead of the high honor role (a+ students).

You know you’re a CC’er when getting less than the 99th percentile on the SAT or ACT is a disappointment.

^^^ true.
99% on a explore (9th grade practice act) test. hopefully it’ll stay like that.

when you get a cc username only AFTER you get your HS admission decisions (…even though you browsed the boards for 6 months…). This is, as everyone knows, perhaps the most addictive thing ever.

Whenever I see “CC” elsewhere I think of this site…lol

Psh, just 99% is a disappointment. Accept nothing under 99.5% lol.

SAT doesn’t even show 99.5’s hahaha.

You know you’re a CC’er when you hate affirmative action and all minorities.

No, actually then you know you’re just racist.

^hahhaha I was like, WTH?

^whoa that was way outta line.

When you use this grading system?

A= awsome
B= bad, but better
C= crtastical
D= darn, I’m dead
F= F, F**

When you look up the colleges you’re planning to apply to on Stats Profile, then go through every accepted student and compare yourself to each one.

When you become inspired to retake the SAT because of someone on here.

When you’ve memorized the ACT/SAT conversion table or can approximate the SAT raw score-to-800 curve for each section…at least for scores that are 700 and up.

When you know whether you qualify to be a PSAT-NMSQT finalist/commended student or not before you even get the letter.

You know you’re a CCer when you retake the SAT because you missed 2 writing questions…

Yes but CCers figure out the 99.5% percentile through researching College Board’s released data. And the scores a true CCer receives are without a doubt above the aforementioned percentile because they are most certainly in the 99.9% percentile.

When you go to your previous posts and are actually excited that the threads haven’t died because you were the last person to write something. OR When other CCers remember you from reading your thousands of posts on other forums/threads.OR When you have more friends on CC than FB.

LOL do people actually have CC as their homepage?

Off the top of my head, a 2400 is the 99.95th percentile?

A positive thing about being a CCer is that you realize that just because HYPS send you letters doesn’t mean you have a snowball’s chance at getting in. On that note, how pretentious is it for Princeton to e-mail me about how they’re going to send me a letter, and thanking me in advance for my interest in Princeton, and appreciation of their unsolicited letter?

I’m surprised my thread was revived. . .

^ YAY PRINCETON! Awesome recruiting. I love Princeton. :)
