classes were easier. very very.. very easier

Very easier?

It doesn't sound like your English classes have gotten any harder. ;)

oh weird. . . I deffinetly remember brb being "new" and ttfn, and some others.... maybe they were only new to me and so of course at age 12 the world revolves around you hehe... but it deffinetly started when I was 12...

aim that is....

Oh dear...12. I was using Prodigy and AOL back in grade school (I think I started when I was 9?) so I'm a bit of a veteran.

I mean, I had a 1200 baud modem in my 386. That was amazing technology then.

but was it on AOL or non aol excluvise downloadable AIM?

Prodigy was a totally different service from AOL.

I used both.

Oh lordy, being 12? That year, lime green was fashionable here and I had a really bright satin lime green shirt. I also had a pair of velvet trousers that I loved, but looking back they were horrendous!
We got our first computer at home then, it had a 133MHz Pentium 1 processor, 16MB RAM and a 2GB HDD, lol...I spent most of that year playing Theme Park on my SNES.
Music-wise, I listened to stuff like Robbie Williams, Oasis, Blur.... glad to see my taste has improved since then!
Can't believe that's all nearly 10 years ago now...

I had a Pentium 100Mhz with 8MB or RAM and a 1GB HDD. The salesperson convinced my family that it would last through to college.

For the record, I had at least three new computers on the way to college.

I can't really remember being 12. I don't remember individual events clearly, but I do remember that I did a lot of growing (mentally) in middle school; became more assertive and confident in myself. I guess you could say that I began to bloom at that age. :)
