when's the latest you can take the SAT for RD?

<p>I just got deferred. And now I'm considering taking the SAT one last time to improve my 740M 700V (my biggest and only weak point in my app, i think). SAT II's are excellent (800 Math2c, 800 US Hist, 780 Physics). GPA and Essays and letters of rec and extracurriculars were excellent.</p>

<p>SO, I believe January 22, 2005, is the last date i can take the SAT in time for RD. But, if i do, can i wait to get the results before sending the scores to stanford (and possibly my other RD schools - harvard, mit, princeton) just in case they aren't an improvement? Or do i HAVE to write down the SAT codes for my RD colleges so that they arrive in time.</p>

<p>January 22 is the Saturday of 1st semester exams week for me, which kinda sucks. So i'm still debating whether or not i should retake the SAT (this would be my 3rd time taking it).</p>

<p>What do you guys think I should do?

<p>thanks for the link, haley8733. i had checked that schedule, but it still isn't very clear on if i can wait to get the scores from the january test first before rush sending them to stanford and my other schools.</p>

<p>anyone have an answer for my question? i suppose i could just take the sat, see my scores, and send them in if they're good. not much to lose.</p>
