<p>random, but most of the time it is in the wee hours of the morning. there’s been decisions on fridays, thursdays, and wednesdays so far. maybe the next one will be a tuesday? :p</p>
<p>i doubt it will be on tuesday. originally it was supposed to be every friday, but it seems they changed it to the end of the business week (thursdays or fridays and wednesday thanksgiving week).</p>
