Wher shud I apply?

<p>I am an international student applying for fall 07 in US. I was hoping for some good recommendations for college with my intended major(EE). my stats arents that Great.
SAT CR -650
Writing - 620
Math - 780
SAT II Physics - 720
MATH level 2 - 750</p>

<p>GCE A Level
Phy - A
Math - A
CHE - B
GCE O level
8 A in 8 subjects
overall rank - 12/290
Grade - A out of A (my school does not do GPA)
I have decent Extracurriculars, good recommendations. </p>

<p>I know I cant aim too high cuz i will also apply for finaid.
So far i decided on lafayette, tufts, texas A&m, swarthmore, lehigh u, may be even harvey mudd(reach?)
it wud be great if I cud get some advice on Good matches and safeties.

<p>i don't think you should worry too much about your SAT. Your SAT I is decent, and your SAT II scores are very good.</p>

<p>As for where you should apply, the best way is to look through college websites yourself. You can use Collegeboard's college search to narrow down your choices. Also you can look through old threads in this forum, there are a lot of international students needing financial aid who asked for help here in the past and you can see what colleges they're applying at.</p>

<p>Since finance is an issue for you, you might want to look at universities outside the US as well, to widen your options.</p>
