Where all should I apply with my stats?

<p>Male
International (Indian)</p>

<p>Highschool Marks :
Physics : 90/100 (3.6/4)
Math : 80/100(3.2/4)
English : 80/100(3.2/4)
Chemistry : 60/100(2.4/4)
Economics : 60/100(2.4/4)
Average : 2.96/4 (converted GPA which my Highschool Board does not calculate or give, its for your knowledge)</p>

<p>We don't have GPA's, above are percentages or marks out of a total of 100.
If you want you can convert the above scores out of 4 (GPA)</p>

<p>Current Stats : </p>

<p>Studying in a University in India with :</p>

<p>Marks : 57% aggregate of First Year Engineering (Common Course to all)
Note : The highest attained percentage in my college out of 240 students was a 70%, coverted to GPA is, I get a 2.28/4 and the highest attained is 2.8/4</p>

<p>College Ranking : Top 20% in First Year.</p>

<p>Current Standing : Second Year Information Technology (Comp Engg).
Expected Percentage : 60%+
Expected Class Rank : Top 5% of class</p>

<p>Letters of Rec : Excellent relations with Teachers, surely to get top not recs from Profs.</p>

<p>Work Exp : Worked with a company in San Diego, CA for 4 years as a Expert Level Programmer, got certificates to prove it.
2) Worked with Indian Companies on Web Development.
3) Internships at various places.</p>

<p>Applying as a Transfer Student in Oct/Nov for Spring Session or maybe Fall too.</p>

<p>Please advise what all colleges should I try for with my stats?</p>

<p>I want a college with Out of state Tuition and overall cost to be around 30k, not more than that. </p>

<p>Please advise as fast as possible!!!</p>

<p>Anyone reading this please do advise, I don’t know what schools to apply to. And with my unusual stats Im confused (I have percentages) and my University doesn’t give great percentages to any student, but I’ve got decent rankings in my college/class, great recs, good work ex etc!</p>

<p>Please do advise!!! Shld I apply to USC? And what about Drexel? Is it ANY good???</p>
