I'm actually quite confused as to where I should reasonably apply. I apologize in advance for giving everyone my high school life story, but I hope someone can let me know what a reasonable range of colleges would be for me.

I'm going to apply as a computer science major.

My high school weighted comes out to be a 3.58 (3.8 for 10-12). However, I've taken eleven computer-related classes at my community college, so my weighted GPA, assuming colleges accept community college classes as 5.0's (which I've heard they do), turns out to around a 4.2.

I got a 2180 on the SAT. Haven't taken the ACT.

I'm Chinese-American.

I'll have taken the SAT II Chinese (790) and SAT II Math (expecting 750+).

I'll have taken the AP Chinese, Computer Science, and Psychology AP tests. Taking AP Stats, Calculus BC, Econ/Poli-sci, Physics next year.

I've created personal programming projects like completed games and websites and am proficient in many of the languages I'll need later on in my job.

I've done a programming internship during the summer and I know I could get some kind of rec. I plan to do another one this summer.

I volunteer three hours once every two weeks, for a total of about 120 hours.

What would be a reasonable range of colleges for me to apply to? In terms of sheer acceptance rates & rankings, what should be my dream, realistic, and safety schools?

I was going to go for somewhere around UCLA/Berkeley, but please let me know if this is not realistic or if I can do better. And please be very blunt.
