<p>Following is the information about student health insurance that will be sent to your son/daughter.</p>

<p>All full-time students MUST have Health Insurance coverage AT ALL TIMES. This is Illinois State Law and a Northwestern University requirement.</p>

<p>Northwestern University offers a Student Health Insurance Plan via Aetna (the NU/Aetna Plan). You must either enroll in or waive the NU/Aetna Plan via CAESAR. The Deadline to enroll/waive is October 1st 2009. If you have your own private health insurance, but do not waive the NU/Aetna plan by October 1st 2009, your CAESAR account will be charged $2,360 and you will be automatically enrolled In the NU/Aetna Plan to comply with Illinois State Law. </p>
