Just curious what College Hillels are the most vibrant, active, especially in the East Coast. Thanks

If you go on Hillel.org and pick a school name, you'll find the # and %s of Jewish UGs and graduate students. Obviously, Brandeis is great, as are most academically strong schools.

however, big schools does not necessarily represent active, right? I heard GW has a small Hillel despite a large Jewish body. I was more interested in the most socially active, if there is someone you know who raves about them. I understand Indiana is well known, but I was looking into the East Coast

There're a couple threads on this issue if you use the search function, though one or two may have been in other sub forums.

thank ya'll

Amherst and Muhlenberg.

NYU seems quite active as does UConn

UConn just built a big new hillel, apparently.

And Vanderbilt is becoming much more popular. Speaking to that point, Emory is popular with the Westchester set.
