Hey bball, what do you think of the econ department there. I am applying for the spring as an econ / philosophy major. Claremont McKenna is my top choice, but I am very interested in cornell. Are the econ teachers good? Are the classes packed? Any help would be appreciated.
By the way I am applying to:
Claremont McKenna
Cornell
UVa
Rice

i got into Rice btw...the econ department at Cornell is the best out of the 4 u listed. It is commonly ranked in the top 15 in the country.

...there are rankings for best econ programs? I've searched all over but no luck, Can you please tell me where you found the rankings or give me the first 10-15? :)

Major: Economics/business

My list today:

UCSD has a solid econ program with their grad ranking like number 9 or 10
