Where are you applying?

<p>I guess we all have our final school list now. So this thread is for you to post it (remember to indicate your first-choice). Here is mine:</p>

<p>Carleton College (first-choice)
Colorado College
Grinnell College
University of Richmond
University of the South
Wesleyan University (Freeman Scholarship)
Northeastern University
Princeton University (risky)</p>

<p>I have some problems with my schools. Carleton has the habit of waitlisting Vietnamese applicants :( Grinnell and Colorado don't have much money for int'l kids and they both admitted one Vietnamese last year. I'm afraid I won't finish the essays for Uni of Richmond on time. Maybe I'll have to change at the last minute. And Northeastern University, I'm not sure if I have already missed the financial aid deadline. What they say in the web and in the brochure they sent me are different :(</p>

<p>im only applyin 2 skul in canada so if u tell me that u care i'll tell u where i applied!</p>

<p>sure. it doesn't matter if you're applying to the U.S or to Canada</p>

<p>Ok..ok... here is my list then
Dartmouth (reach)
Tufts (reach)
WPI, Tulane (Match I guess)
IIT (safety)
Lafayette (match)
Uni of the south (hope it is match)
Skidmore
Fand M, Gettysburg
Lake Forest (Safety)
I may shorten my list, and some schools can be replaced by some other safety choices :D</p>

<p>in no particular order
McGill U (reach/match)
Queens U (reach)
U of Guelph (my GC is so clueless she calls it gulp of golf!) (safety)
U of Western Ontario (reach/match)
U de Sherbrooke (match/safety)
Mount Allison University (match)
(at the time i didn't really know what I wanted so made sure I had all the bases covered!)</p>

<p>In order of preference:</p>

<p>Caltech (first choice - simply in love with it)
Washington University in St. Louis
Johns Hopkins University
MIT (MIT makes me depressed; even if I got in, I probably wouldn't be allowed to go)</p>

<p>And in Canada:</p>

<p>University of Toronto (finalist for national scholarship)
McGill University
Queens University
Western
UBC</p>

<p>so any news from the unis?
for me they're asking for midyear-grades that i unfortunately won't have published 'til april 1st-long after their deadlines for receiving info and after they have already given out the seats they do have. <em>sigh</em>
that's what I get for going to a non-semestered but trimestered school
anyone else?</p>

<p>my list:
Harvard (reach, rd)
MIT (1st choice, reach/hope match, file complete)
IUB (match - accepted)
MoscowState (match)
METU (safety - probably, won't apply)</p>

<p>pimpcess05: Cant you just send your 1st trimester grades???</p>

<p>ya thats what they require</p>

<p>"Ok..ok... here is my list then
Dartmouth (reach)
Tufts (reach)
