Where are you guys in APUSH?

I know, commonly asked question, but I'm getting nervous. We're just finishing the New Deal and still have 8 chapters of Brinkley left... That leaves us one month (one week of which is spring break) to finish the book...

So where are you guys? I'm trying to decide whether I should self-study the end to finish on time...

we're having a test on the Cold War next class.

Today we learned about the Nixon Administration.

reconstruction...

^ are you serious? you have like 100 years to cover in a month then. lol

We are on WWII, starting cold war next week.
p.s. my book is Brinkley too, so we're ch.28 i believe

wer on WW2. but my brain stopped working after the progrsesive era so im relying on AMSCO for that.

I guess my class is pretty far behind. We are currently on the Great Depression.

Thanks guys...

hmm...I'm thinking spring break is going to have to be spent learning the last few decades of US history...

Just finished the Roaring Twenties and Great Depression. Now we are in the middle of WW2.

we're also in the roaring 20s and great depression...snow days have made us fall behind, so my teacher's piling on hw over spring break :(

My class is on chapter 33, 34, 35 of the American Pageant. Our test on these chapters is this coming friday.

The era mainly important for the AP test is 1760-1940.

For the modern era, study timelines.

I hardly studied anything past the 1940s and I got a 4 last year.

we're almost done WWII

Test on Chapter 35 and 36 from the American Pageant this Monday. Then Wednesday we have a test on Chapter 37.

Finished Pageant in January. I am one of those odd folks who only have one semester AP classes. ;)

we have a full year class...we did the first 5 chapters (spanish/french exploration to 1720s or so) over the summer. and now, heading into spring break, we've just finished the 60s - LBJ, civil rights, vietnam - and are beginning nixon/ford/carter

We've been reviewing for almost a month now.
I'm one of those odd folks who has the class stretched over two years ;)

Two years??? That's insane. Why would you study US History for two years? I am sure if you wanted to be a history major, it would be helpful, but not for people looking outside of history.

my class has had it over a year and a half. we started january of soph year. lol

just had a WWI quiz..

We're just had a test over the first part of the Cold War, up to the Eisenhower administration. But, we spent like maybe 2 weeks going over 1920s to WWII.
