Where can i access the Housing Application?

<p>First of all, the things I need to turn in by May 1st are:
-Housing Application
-450$ Deposit</p>

<p>correct? (please correct me if there's something i've forgotten)</p>

<p>Also, can I access the Housing application online? or do I need to send it through the mail?</p>
