Where can I apply?

Your stats are great, and you have a good chance for ivy or public ivy (there are no “targets” for the top schools; they’re all reaches, for everyone). It’s all going to come down to the essays, and how you package yourself. Read the book, On Writing the College Application Essay by Harry Bauld (oxymoron name, but he’s a former Brown admissions officer and worth it’s weight in gold -tells you what to avoid writing about!). Your essays are going to be key. Above poster said, what sets you apart? It’s all comes down to how you write about yourself. And of course, make sure you have recs from teachers that know you well, and love you :). I think your EC’s are fairly strong, but make excellent use of your summer building on them. Good luck!

Are you istate for CA? Then yes to applying to UCB. What’s your EFC? That will make a big diff. as to what to put on your list. Some of the ivy’s will provide more in the way of financial aid than others. And don’t say, money isn’t an object. It’s better to come up with a list of schools you want to attend, but also schools that when it comes down to decision time, you are actually able to attend. So a few more details on where you live and whether you are shooting for only ivy’s/tops, or whether you are hoping for merit aid, etc. Will get more replies some more info.
