Are you certain your parents can pay for your room and board? That is probably about $13,000 per year.
Not sure what your interests / projected major is or what state you’re from, but a couple of “full ride” (usually less room & board) that my kids applied for included Tulane and BU. Both of these required extra essays. Both also applied to Stony Brook - which does offer some full rides but you can’t directly apply for them. Fordham University does the same. As does Northeastern I believe. Everyone is considered and you’re just picked (or not.) My S also applied to Colorado School of Mines. Was accepted w/ some merit and later invited to apply for a limited number of next level merit (which would have been “full ride”) He did apply, but wasn’t selected.
It does sound like you may be National Merit, which will give you other options such as Alabama. And Temple, as others have mentioned, seems very generous for top scorers.
If you can share your state and your interest areas you may get more targeted suggestions. You sound like a very solid candidate. Good luck.
The Scholars program at Northeastern has no specific application. It is full tuition and those who are offered it are usually cross admits at (full pay) Ivies.
Some Catholic colleges in the northeast offer a handful of full tuition scholarships. They are competitive, not guaranteed. Check out Providence, Villanova, Scranton if you’re OK with the religious affiliation.
