-Creighton University
-Georgia State University
-Texas Christian University

With a 30 ACT, you’d get full tuition at:
-University of Alabama - Birmingham
-University of Alabama - Huntsville

You’d also get full tuition + room at Howard, and full ride at Florida A&M! Rhodes college would probably offer merit with a 3.8/30 as well.

Full tuition at Howard is no longer automatic. It is now a competitive scholarship

I have a niece and nephew who both attended Valdosta State and loved it. My niece’s major involved special needs kids so there are programs there that would fit with your EC interests.

Does the Zell Miller cover room and board as well? That would be a big savings with med school in the future.

^^
No. Zell Miller just covers full tuition, as opposed to HOPE which covers a chunk, but not all of tuition.
