<p>Why are you limiting yourself to the western half of the country. there are few schools that would give you full tuition on the western half (that have eng’g).</p>
<p>When you say full tuition, do you mean “tuiton only” and so your family will pay the $15k for room, board, books, fees, etc? </p>
<p>If you expand your geography, then apply to Alabama. With your stats, you’d get free tuition plus 2500 per year. the campus is gorgeous, it has a new mega-sized Science and Engineering Complex (very state of the art), and the people are friendly. You’d also qualify for the Honors College and honors housing. Bama has very nice honors housing…private bedrooms that are within 4 bedroom super suites.</p>
