Where Can I Get into

<p>I am a Sophomore right now and my GPA is personally abysmal. I'm projected to have a 3.0 gpa and I got a 216 PSAT score. I was thinking of Penn State, UMD, Ohio State, or Texas A&M. Oh yeah, I'm taking TONS of Honors and AP classes, and my WGPA would be 3.45. Pls help.</p>
