Okay, right now I attend a Community College (hate it, but it was the ONLY place I could get into because of math).

My college grades are soaring because my high school grades plummeted (not massively, but detrimentally enough to put me into a 2 year.)

HS:
GPA: 2.9/4.0 (thank you, stupid math teachers.)
SAT: 610 verbal, 510 writing, 430 math.
I'm taking my SAT Subject tests in US History and Literature sometime next year.

College:
GPA: 4.0/4.0
I'm taking all writing intensive classes, and manage A's.
So far, I've attempted 31 credits and I'm planning to drown in 41 by the end of the summer, and I'm a freshman.

Where do I have a chance at for Spring '08?
I value your opinions.
Thanks.

You can apply anywhere. Your GPA is great so far, but it has little bearing since you've only taken one semester of college. Your high school GPA is quite low and while there are certainly exceptions, most students with high school GPAs similar to yours need two years at their CC to transfer into a really good university. It looks like you'll have 3 semesters of grades by the time you apply (Spring 08), in which case if you've maintained a 4.0 or close, apply wherever you want.
