You will be able to transfer somewhere, but what schools are you looking at?

Somewhere away from Texas…I am looking for schools with better social life, and more friendly people.

Again, probably, but do you have any specific schools in mind. If not, an intended major, public or private, a specific state or region, a size of school or anything else in mind? The first school that comes to mind for me is Penn State (everybody I know that goes there loves the social life).

“a state university” Which one?

Penn State is very expensive for non-residents; I am an international student. My major is Petroleum Engineering.
Texas Tech

SUNY Binghamton or Stony Brook in Chemical Engineering?

Do they offer high-amount scholarships for international transfer students?
