Where can I go with this,,?

Hi, after finishing my junior year with getting B- and B+ for two classes (calc and english) I'm really frustrated about my college choices and what not. Just 1 point off from each class from boosting my gpa over 3.5.. So where can I go now? I feel like the world is ending.. maybe that's too dramatic.

GPA unweighted: 3.49
SAT: Will come out soon but around 1700-1800
ECs: Lacrosse for two years, football for one year, 64 hours at local library, 500+ hours at church.
I have taken AP calc and AP Micro this year, I'm taking AP lit, psych, stat, macro, and gov't.
I took honors for math/science but academics for eng/social studies.

So where can I go? I live in PA. I'm an international student in US (F-2 visa).

I don't even know what major should I major since getting green card is really difficult and getting more difficult..

Really frustrated now.

Temple?

There are no chance of scholarships right? haha funny thing to ask..

please, any colleges that I can go for sure, I'd want to know those.. I want to stay in state or states nearby, not a lot of money either.

I want to major in actuarial science or economics. I've been wanting to become like a CSI, homeland security, and all those fields but those requires me to be a citizen in this country, which I don't even know if that'll happen by the time I'm in college or so.

Thank you.

Anyone…? I got 1710 on my sat, not surprised tho.

Bump… anyone?

I don’t think you have much to worry about, college admissions is over rated… Don’t make yourself into the perfect student, study the things you enjoy.

Look at state schools like Cal Poly, OSU, Penn State etc.

Good luck!
Chance me back?
