I mean in some application forms you can add specifics thigns that you want to talk about and i was trying to say that a student told me that i cant add specifics things like the fact that ive been victim of harassment etc… Even if you guys think it’s not appropriate it’s maybe good to tell it nah? And by the way a family member came to my house today and told that i can study in turkey lol what a joke, with my grades it’s impossible
Yes, but in your case it can only backfire: you have your bac results. Send them. That’s it.
If the universities require you to send your “bulletins”, you can add a short paragraph like this “You will notice a discrepancy between my baccalaureate results and my actual “moyennes”. The reason is that I was severely harassed and bullied during school, which impacted my day to day school life and results. However, away from bullying for my exams, I was able to show my abilities.”
“And by the way a family member came to my house today and told that i can study in turkey lol what a joke, with my grades it’s impossible”
@ilvermornyisolt, What makes you think it would be impossible to apply to schools in Turkey with your grades, but it is OK to apply to US or Canadian schools? I am confused. And, no. I would not bring harassment up on my application. Blaming others for your grades unfortunately is not the way to approach it. It will sound like “sour grapes”.
FYI when I worked in investment banking I met a few Turkish people who had graduated Turkish universities and were in senior positions in the city (London). I don’t actually know whether or not Turkish universities are any good but good people will shine anywhere. A college name is often just the first toe in the first door, after all.
Okay i will not bring harassment up on my application! And there are good turkish universities like : ‘’ METU ‘’ ‘’ Bogazici University ‘’. By the way @MYOS1634 i just realized that i got mention TB. I really hope i can integrate Concordia! @mardong i have a self confidence problem…
UPDATE: I convinced my parent to let me go to Quebec! One problem : they oblige me to start in January so i have to found a 100% admission university in montreal
They are already looking for appartments
Well, you apply to UQaM, UdeM, and Concordia. Then wait for your results.

It may be a better idea to live on campus, in a student residence hall with other students.
Agree it’s better to live on campus. You don’t want to be negotiating a rental in a country whose laws you are unfamiliar with from halfway round the world.
‘’ It may be a better idea to live on campus, in a student residence hall with other students. ‘’ I agree but the thing is that i have to bring my siberian husky with me i cant leave her alone because i promissed to my parent that i will take her with me. They cant take care of my dog because they have health problems with it !
And guys what about the life after a Master of Business in Montreal or internationnally ? Do i very need an MBA? ( i want to become a CFO btw) ive heard that i need an MBA, can i do it after undergraduate programs?
MBA=Master in Business Administration
You get your MBA after undergraduate studies.
@mardong Thanks for the info !
@MYOS1634 universities that you sended to me are good universities?
Is there winter 2020start in all of them?
If you have a dog you’ll have to find an apartment that accepts dogs and you won’t be able to have roommates, it’ll likely be pricey and more difficult. You’ll have to add a dog walker.
Make sure you add this to tuition (€4.500 for French citizens in Quebec).
Yes all these universities are very good. All programs I gave links for (above) have Winter starts.
@MYOS1634 Thank you! The 4500 euros is per year right?I cant leave my husky she is 10 months old, she became my best friend, my life partner, even if i will die of famine i dont want to leave her
Well you won’t die of famine because you won’t get a visa if you don’t have sufficient money to pay for rent/apartment (+ other expenses).
However it means your parents will need to understand an apartment near a park that accepts dogs. Start looking, because it’ll be difficult and expensive, especially if you start in the middle of the year.
4500 / year = 4500 x 5 = 22500 for master degree. I have to find appartments, which s you said seems very expensive …
Students have to leave their pets all the time. Find a good home for your husky and get your education. I am not sure you are serious about your education as you continually have excuses or set up road blocks as to why you can’t do this, or go there. Personally, I think you need to take a gap year and think things out. Your ramblings here are all over the place. Good luck.
That’s not how it works. Your degree will be 3 years. MBA’s require work experience, meaning you’ll have to have an entry level job (first step to an executive career) and do well for 2-3 years, with quantitative results. Then only you apply for an MBA, which can be funded by your company.
If you truly have 15,000 for each year, you should be okay. €4,500 for tuition, €2,000 for foor, €7,000 for rent, the rest for the dog walker, books, incidentals.
Is it common for apartments in Montreal to allow husky-size dogs?
And never mind dog walker, add vet bills in too.
But how happy do you think your dog will be alone in an apartment all day, the occasional walker aside? Not really fair on the dog. Plus, international travel is traumatic for animals.
I am tending to agree with the poster above about a gap year to sort out what you actually want to study, where, and how to get there. Maybe you can get an internship or job, even if it’s like a barista or something, to earn some money and some life experience while you figure this out.
And what are you planning to do with the dog during breaks? Ship the dog back and forth to France? That’s not really fair to her.
