Where can I transfer? (Freshman)

What schools do you think I could be looking into transferring to at the end of my Freshman year? I currently go to Arizona State University and as long as all continues as it is currently, I will have the following statistics by the time I apply.

Arizona State University:
4.2(ish) GPA (A+'s are weighted as 4.3's here if the teacher allows it, otherwise I'll have a 4.0 unweighted)
Joined a club I have been involved with for 7 years at the University level, will most likely hold a lowly officer position.

High school:
3.7/4.3 uw/weighted
33 ACT
10 AP classes (Ranged a lot on the scores, but it definitely wasn't all 5/4 haha)
Student Body President
Numerous leadership conventions (invite only)
Involved with a charity since it first was created which has raised over a million dollars after 7 years and has expanded rapidly.
National Honors Society (obviously)
Debate Club (1 year)
Student Government (4 years with officer positions) which entails basically running every event at the school including the dances, etc. and managing over 100,000 dollars a year.

Job experience:
Haven't worked in college other than stock trading on the side.
Worked at an ice cream shop for 2 years and was the manager there, the highest paid position.

Reasons for transferring: I feel as though I have exceeded the opportunities that ASU has to offer, and think transferring to a higher up school will provide those opportunities and challenges.

So what schools should I look at transferring to, in your opinion? Give me some examples of within grasp schools, and reach schools.

Thanks!

If you are looking for Engineering Rose-Hulman may be a good choice. I know 4 or 5 transfers from ASU here and they seem to do very well. I am not sure if this is due to the fact that the last president at Rose was pulled from ASU but they sure seem to transfer quite a few ASU Engineering students here.
