Where Can I transfer to with a 3.6 GPA?

I am currently entering my sophomore year at my local California Community College. My first two semesters, I finished with a cum. 3.73. However this summer I took 4 courses, one of them being Calculus. I have 3 A’s in my other courses but it looks like I’m going to get a C in Calculus, which would drop my GPA to a 3.6. Boooo! I feel like 3.6 looks terrible compared to my original 3.73. I am a Mexican Male who qualifies for most of the Pell Grant, i’m a few hundred dollars from receiving the whole thing.

Do schools wait for the fall grades to be posted before reviewing your application??

I also plan to apply for the Cooke Scholarship, is a 3.6 too low?

So my main question is, where can I realistically transfer to? I want to transfer to a top school. I am applying this year, and my major is Economics. My top school choices are Berkeley and UCLA. I was also going to apply to Cornell and Brown.

P.S. I am pretty involved. I was a student senator my first semester and was Minority leader. My second semester I took on the role of Student Body Treasurer and Chairman of the Budget Committee.
I was the runner up for the Student Body President for this upcoming school year.
This school year I will be the student body Chief Justice.
I am on the college’s wrestling team, and I also volunteer coach at my old high school 4 days a week.
I am a board member on the Student Athletes Captains Counsel
I am also the Treasurer of the Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
I had an internship as a mortgage broker’s assistant my recent spring semester.
I also have a side business where I operate social media pages for local businesses (social media marketing).

For the UC’s, here is a link for UC transfer GPA admit ranges by campus and major. The UC’s will have you update your application in January (TAU) with your Fall grades so they will be considered.
