Where can/should I go?

Without revealing too much information.....
I am a freshman at a community college (stop laughing) in Minnesota, primarily because I did not think I could afford college immediately out of high school. Would prefer to stay in Minnesota if possible.

Intentions:
History major at any Minnesota/maybe Wisconsin school with a strong American History program

Probably Saint Cloud State University, was considering Mankato State University (I can tell there are not a lot of people from the Midwest here..) but from what I can see, they are not really a challenge at all.

No preference between public and private universities, do not really want to spend 20,000 a year.

Status:
4.0 GPA, do not have below 95% in any class at the moment- 17 credits.

Tutor at Writing Center, volunteering this semester, I get paid for it later!

Will complete the American History and Western Civilization sequences in Fall 2005, with honors in US 1877 to present and WWII.

Finding American History sequence extremely easy, so I am writing research papers for the college I plan on going to, as my current professor earned his master's and taught there for 10 years.

What are your high school stats?

I really don't know. How big of a deal are high school statistics afte a year and a half of college?

EDIT: In the case of the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum, which I will complete, I do not think it matters.
