After BU like for example could i get an mba in Upenn, University of Chicago, Harvard, after going as an undergraduate to BU

Why wouldn’t you? Its not like those schools place a ban on anyone applying from BU, it matters what you do while you are in undergrad.

thanks what if my high school gpa is like 3.3 but i get really great grades when im at BU can i transfer to a school like NYU or MIT or Harvard, University of Chicago, UPenn, Columbia?

Have you even started BU yet? Im sure its easy saying “ill get great grades in college, then transfer”. But realize how hard it is to get those good grades. College isn’t as easy as high school, good grades are fairly hard to get and adjusting to a new environment and finding your social cliques are hard.

OK, yea, sure if you get a good GPA, excellent ECs, and challenging classes, you can transfer without your high school GPA mattering very much, but its no small deal to achieve that much - its why those schools you listed are so selective.
