I do NOT want to take out a student loan. I have a 29 on my ACT, 3.92 GPA, and I’m a Junior about to be a Senior. If anyone has any idea on scholarships or anything else, please let me know. Thank you.

What’s your family income or EFC? What’s your family budget? What state are you in? Did you take the SAT? People will be able to help you a little more with this information.
Look into the ROTC programs. There are a bunch of different options with different levels of commitment and payments but your GPA and ACT make you eligible.
