There is a website [MeritAid.com: Search Merit Scholarships, Academic Scholarships, Merit Awards - Merit Aid - Search](http://www.MeritAid.com) which has a good listing of colleges that give merit aid. I don’t remember but you may be able to put your stats in and it will give you schools that would give you aid. Also check out the blog [The college solution](http://www.thecollegesolution.com) It is also a book and the author has good info on which colleges give merit aid for a student with your stats.

In terms of schools specific Ohio State would give you some merit aid. [The Ohio State University](http://undergrad.osu.edu/merit.html) I believe your grades would also get you into OSU’s honors college. My DS is going there on a full-ride merit scholarship (actually a combination of 3 merit scholarships awarded to him by OSU). OSU wasn’t on his radar initially but the more he visited the school and the more merit aid they gave him it would have been ridiculous not to take their offer. Plus students in Honors College get to register first for their classes so that helps to graduate in 4 years. Plus they took all his ap course credits so he will go in one class shy of being a soph.

MY DS found that he was unaware of some merit scholarships by a school but when he was accepted by the school they ended up giving him merit aid. Out of the 10 schools he got accepted to he received merit aid from 8 of them. For example American University in D.C. gave him 80K. So a different take may be for you to pick a list of schools and then contact them for whether they would give you any merit aid.
Good luck.
