where could parents stay for nights during orientation?

The nearby hotels are all full. where could the parents stay for the nights during the orientation? are they allowed to stay on campus (in the car, or on the floor, etc?)

Try Cortland, Syracuse or Binghamton.

staying in the car during orientation is a bit iffy...if you have a single you can definitely fit at least 2 people on the floor...i wouldnt ruin the fun for my suitemates/roomates by letting my parents stay in my room though...

^^haha ya it would be a bit awkward as well lol
anywho, try the Holiday Inn Express in Horseheads… its about 30 miles away but they might have some rooms open…and its probably the closest place you’ll find now! GL

We're staying in Cortland, but I made the reservation six months ago. (Early Decision has its virtues.)

You could try Elmira or Corning or Binghamton or Watkins Glen. There's no real need to be in Ithaca, and you wouldn't want to pay what the Ithaca hotels are charging during orientation week anyhow.

you could also try Ithaca Bed & Breakfasts to see if there are any availablities...good luck
