Where do I put the W2 code 12DD? I was told to put it on line PI 200 B but CSS profile will not allow that amount.
Line PI 190A says to put codes, 12 a through 12 d. So do I just leave off the 12DD and not put it anywhere on the CSS profile?
The amount on line 12DD is informational (it is the cost of health insurance that the employer paid for the employee).
Don’t put it anywhere.
