Where do I sign up for cell phone emergency alerts?

<p>I checked on my emergency contact page where you type in your parents' names and numbers and my cell was listed in the top box but I didn't get the alert this morning. However, my parents got the alert on their cell. Is this not the right page? What's the right page???</p>

<p>I followed the link to get text message alerts (<a href=“Sign in with your UT EID - Stale Request”>www.utexas.edu/cellphonealert</a>) but it redirects me to my emergency notification page, saying “this page is not available to admitted or currently enrolled students.”<br>
???</p>
