I took April SAT and got a 2240 740 Reading 750 Math and 750 Writing. I thought I scored higher in math but I dont think im going to retake it. I have a 3.87/4.00 unweighted GPA in all honors and APs, never gotten below a 5 on an AP, varisty sport letters, I am active participant in science research and have won several awards, at least one being nationally recognized. I guess my hook would be research because that is what i dedicate most of my time but i also participate on the debate team, mock trial team, and all the honor societites offered to me. And i dont know if they care but i volunteer in an ER room. I am undecided about premed or bussiness. Could anyone help me with where i stand for colleges?

obviously... you have an excellent chance at any school you wish to apply to.

pre-med isn't a major

yeah i know pre-med isnt a choice i might apply to acc. med prorgams

isn't a 3.87 a bit low? What's your class rank?

my school doesnt do class rank my weighted gpa is a lot higher but i think its a litle low also

My friend had the same SAT score as you and a little higher GPA, and about the same quality of EC's. He got into UC Berkeley, but was waitlisted at Stanford, Harvard, and Cornell...rejected at Penn.

i attend manhasset high school which is top 50 i forget exactly where in that so its recognized as a ahrder sschool

i found it its 30th from last year when we went on austerity

You shouldn't even worry, SERIOUSLY, you have a better chance than most people with the scores and extracurriculars. The personal statement will be the deciding factor

thanks haha i tend to worry a lot
