Where do I stand on these Non-Ivy League Schools?

Asian Male from an undisclosed location. All of these colleges are OUT OF STATE for me however. 566 people in my Class of 2015

My knowledge is that interviews are completely optional and I have previous family that attended Northwestern University as well as UC Berkeley, though they are not immediate family. I transferred schools in the middle of my Junior Year and changed from IB to AP for my accelerated program (Only AP at this school and only IB at my previous school).

I want to major in Chemical Engineering for undergraduate

Schools:
UC Berkeley
Northwestern University (one in Evanston) -- Early Decision
Urbana Champaign
Johns Hopkins
University of Southern California
UCLA

AP tests I’m planning on taking in Senior Year:
AP BC Calculus
AP Statistics – Self Study
AP Computer Science
AP Physics C – Self Study
AP Literature (may not if I get into Northwestern since credits are the same as Language)
AP Chemistry

Way too low SATs for any of these. Sub 700 scores are rare for unhooked admits. Also a 700 Math score is low for a top-tier STEM program.

Low-Mid Reach
Reach
High Match/Low Reach
High Reach
High Match/Low Reach
High Match/Low Reach

Now you are probably wondering why UIUC is not a safety for you. Well it’s because from what I’ve seen from its CDS it usually accepts a lot of Illinois students. Since you are not one of those, it is not a safety for you.

Seriously though, add some safeties. It may sound like advertising coming from me (cause it is lol), but the University of Minnesota Twin Cities was ranked #3 in the US for Chem Engineering. That would be a pretty good (very good) safety, in case your current plan does not work out.

Provided for Berkeley, I go to College of Chemistry, what would the chances be? Low Reach, High Match?

Im going to assume that you get your SAT scores up a lot.

If you do, then I would call the College of Chemistry a high match. I am not that adept when it comes to determining reaches/matches, however your GPA and Weighted GPA seem VERY solid.

Since berkeley generally values GPA a little more than scores, you’ll probably do fine if you can bump up your SAT above 2200 or your ACT above 33 or 34

Alright. Also, if my SAT scores stay approximately the same but ACT is higher (33-34 range), will that affect my chances negatively or not? I was told colleges sometimes ask for tests that I’ve taken but not sent voluntarily. Because obviously I’m going to send the better of the two in this scenario unless asked.

I think that you’ll be fine if you only submit one or the other.
