Where do the ivies fall on this scale?

<p>This chart is frequently posted for T+F, but the ranges are HUGE! for the Division 1 chart, tier 2 walk on to tier 2 recruit (whatever 'tier' refers to) ranges from being great to almost qualifying for the olympics. So under which 'tier' do ivy recruits tend to fall under?</p>

<p>I believe tier refers to the school, not the recruit. Like Major and Mid-Major.</p>
