Where do they go to Grad School? Comparing UCs

<p>Where do the graduates of the UC system go to grad school, do they scatter like dust in the wind or do they stay within the system? Which UCs have remarkable records of getting graduates into the Professional Medical and Legal schools?</p>

<p>If you want to just share your insight or suggest rankings…just tell me what you think. Does a UC Davis graduate have the same chance of getting into a Law school as a UCSD student with similar stats? Will a communication major at UCSD have a better or worse chance than one at UCLA? Does the particular UC name make a big difference in applying to Graduate School or is it the students performance at their school?</p>

<p>GPA relative to the school's grade deflation/inflation is the most important, in addition to the LSAT, MCAT, GMAT, etc.</p>

<p>A high GPA at Davis is better than a low GPA at UCSD, even taking deflation into account, etc, is what I perceive as true.</p>
