<p>My HS does it automatically- all we had to do was tell our counselors where we were matriculating next fall- not sure if all high schools do this though. I'll check on them, but at our HS it's done by the counselors over the summer.</p>

<p>and it has to be official so i'd go with counselor/hs doing it. same building as where you sent your app, the office of undergrad admission.</p>
<p>Is it just the transcript that the school has to send? There are no forms that go with it right? - like the form on the application asking the school to fill out gpa, rank, etc.</p>
