Where do you buy your clothes?

Wherever I find nice clothes? This thread is sort of funny.

Also, I personally don’t like AF or Hollister clothing just because I think it’s ugly, but I wouldn’t let it affect my impression of someone who did. Well, I would think that I don’t agree with their sense of fashion, but that’s about it.

“Preppy, the outlet has the “Factory Line” which is different line altogether than from the retail store. They are designed by a different group of people and manufactured in a different factory. They tend sell what was popular the past season or recreate stuff at the retail in a lower quality.”

I never knew that they actually recreated stuff at a lower quality than the retail. Thank you for this info, rockerguy. I’ll be sure to look closer next time I’m at an outlet.

Could always go with Ruehl…same fit/style as A&F but less brand names everywhere.

A&F is closing all of the Ruehl stores by January. Under-performance.

Nike all the way.

I thought you were dead!

lol, wow, this was getting personal there for a minute. what’s with all of the rich kid/a&f stereotyping? whatever.
i love forever 21, h&m, & charlotte russe. i would probably shop all the time at urban outfitters if we had one near us/it wasn’t so damn expensive. not really into the preppy scene, myself, though.

I prefer the $2 t-shirts at walgreens. can’t beat it. the other day I just pulled 5 long sleeved shirts out of a dumpster, one was A&F. thats the only way I’ll ever wear A&F lol.

Mostly Target and a little bit of Urban Outfitters.

“A&F is closing all of the Ruehl stores by January. Under-performance.”

wow I didn’t know that…how the hell do I quote things properly in my reply anyway?

Such a shame. I actually liked that store. I think they’re turning them into Gilly Hicks, though.

Ruehl is sort of merging with A&F, if you notice online they are getting rid of the moose on some of their shirts and replacing them with the tag at the bottom of the shirt. Not that it says RUEHL (it still says Abercrombie) but its more Ruehlesque. I’d rather wear a shirt with a tag at the bottom of the shirt than with a moose on the chest, but either way it doesn’t really matter to me.
Oh and all I wear is A&F, Ruehl, & sports apparel hehe

i wear urban outfitters, h&m, polo, jcrew, and some other stuff.

a mix of preppy stuff with some more urban stuff

I wear mostly Banana Republic shirts, Gap jackets, Levis jeans and Saucony shoes. My wardrobe is pretty basic.

I would wear some H&M stuff, but there isn’t a store within like 500 miles, so the only clothes I have from there are from when I vacationed in the northeast.

topman, urban outfitters. sometimes american apparel. sometimes macys. h&m.

for shoes aldo usually.

when online always use retailmenot.com it gets you sweet coupon codes :)

my mom buys my clothes from Wal-Mart

^well i hear they’re getting a new miley cyrus line soooo um yeah…

so? (10 char)

american apparel, uo, random boutiques, ck/polo

I wear LaCoste, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nautica, and Brooks Brothers. I buy all my clothes straight from the company or from Nordstrom, Macy’s and Von Maur.
