I just received my results: CR 800, M 710, W 720 (75/8 essay). This was my first time. Should I retake it? My number one college choice is Notre Dame, and I'm above their CR/M average. They do super score though... Thoughts?

?

That’s pretty good. If you think that you can do better, then retake it otherwise don’t. However, if you do retake it, take it soon so the knowledge is in your head, but you can study more too.

The next date is May 3rd, and I’m thinking I’d rather focus on AP exams at that point. In June I was going to take some Subject tests. That would leave me retaking the SAT this fall… Should I re-prioritize?

That’s impressive. However, to help us, could you provide some more info:
Are you trying to make up for some weaknesses in your application (maybe your GPA isn’t as high, you’re not very confident about your personal statement, you don’t have a lot of good activities?)
What is their average for admitted students?

I have a 4.3 weighted, 3.991 unweighted, 4th in my class, 700-800 service hours. I don’t think there are any glaring weaknesses there, but then again I guess one never knows. I got a 31 on the ACT which I know is a significantly lower score in comparison to my SAT, but I expect that to improve when I take it again in June.

ND’s middle 50% for the ACT is 32-34.
They specifically look at the CR/M score for the SAT. The middle 50% there is is 1360-1500 (mine is a 1510).

Do I wait for my second ACT score before gauging the SAT again?

Bump :)
