Where do you explain your ECs on the app?

<p>Everyone always says they want to see what impact you've had on your ECs, but where do you explain it? For example, the common app just has basically a place for you to list it, not explain.</p>

<p>The Common App has a section for you to elaborate on one of your ECs, and you could also write your essay on one of your ECs if you choose to.</p>

<p>You can list your ECs (not sure the exact limit) and you have a space for positions or awards in them and then space for about one sentence to explain (there is a character limit). Then, you have a 150 word space to elaborate on one of the ECs.</p>
