I have an OKAY GPA, a good SAT score, but my EC's aren't that stellar. Can anyone suggest the range of colleges I could apply to?

SAT Score: 2100

720 Critical Reading
680 Math
700 Writing

Cumulative GPA: 3.5 Unweighted

3 AP's: AP Economics, AP Biology, AP US History (Our school doesn't offer many AP's)

Extracurriculars:

Helping Hands (Charity)--Secretary (2 years)
National Honor Society (1 year)
Student Council--Vice President over entire HS (1 year)
Varsity Basketball (1 year)
Prom Committee (Head of Promotions)-(2 years)
Math Honor Society (1 year)

I'm also planning to take my SAT Subject test (Biology and US History) in december, and am aiming to get around 700 for each.

I go to a small, international school and we don't have a lot of extracurriculars, but I applied to most of the EC's I enjoyed. The only problem is, I finally recognized the importance of EC's when I was in 11th grade, so I could only really do EC's for 2 years. I'm just concerned that the admission officers might look at my EC's and see that I was not dedicated since I only did it for 1-2 years...:/

So guys, where do you think I can get accepted into? :)

What colleges are you interested in? It’s hard to tell because it’s a broad question. Give me 5-7 schools that you’re somewhat interested in, and if I chance you for those, please chance me at http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1569950-chance-me-please.html

What’s in-state for you? What’s your rough EFC and can your parents pay it or will you need merit aid? Will you need a lot of financial aid?
Do you want a college where you can skip lectures or where classes are small and interactive? Do you want to attend big games / tailgate? Do you want to participate in a particular sport at any level? Are you indefferent to sport or even would rather that it not be a big part of campus culture? Are you into hockey, lacrosse, quidditch, ultimate? Do you want a more preprofessional or more intellectual atmosphere? Religious, affiliated to a religion, secular? Political or apolitical? Near a city or you don’t mind anywhere?
etc…
There are over 1,500 colleges (close to 4,000 if you include community colleges) so we need more details.

Sorry guys, I guess I didn’t give enough information. I want to go to a college that is at least ranked on the top 100 best universities in the united states.I would prefer a college where they gave financial aid to international students. I really don’t care about religious affiliations, city…etc. I just want to go to a good school where it is likely that they would accept me. Also, I’m thinking of majoring in Biology, Business, International Relations or Psychology.
