Im a junior, in New York, so I haven't taken my SAT's yet and I know those obviously are a pretty big factor lol but assuming they correlate with the rest of my grades....

I have a 3.6UW GPA, I took 1 AP in 10th Grade, I am taking 3 this year, and I will probably take 2 next year

When an AP class wasn't offered (ex: 9th grade, 10th english, I took honors).

I am President of 1 Club and Secretary of another

I have over 500 hours of community service doing various things around my town

Im planning on running for VP or President once I get into NHS, which doesnt happen until halfway through Junior Year

Now Obviously these aren't great stats and they won't wow anybody lol but with good SAT scores, essay, and recommendations what decent schools do you think I can get into, and where should I apply? Thanks!!!

Some SUNYs (Binghamton, Albany, Geneseo), based only on your GPA right now - Union, UVM, NYU, Stonehill, Fordham, Bard, and BU! But it all depends on this year and your SAT/ACT plus your essays and recs! Good luck and stay strong this year!

I don’t live anywhere near the SUNY’s aside from Stony Brook so going to a SUNY might as well be going away. I would be willing to go anywhere in the Northeast, probably would be fine going down the coast as far as Virginia so thats that. I have no preference as to size.
