Columbia and Julliard, Harvard and NE conservatory, Johns Hopkins and Peabody, URochester and Eastman… you get the idea, wherever it may be, it’s gotta be highly selective and have a really good conservatory/music school nearby

Yeah but Columbia’s Buisness school, if they have one isn’t that good. Obviously Econ at Harvard and well UPenn Wharton are amazing but why did everyone( Including Myself) put Columbia lol.

Somnusc will very probably be going to a business school and she wants to start a…(well I can just stop here and let her finish the great story)

Hey! You guys are SO lucky! Anyways, my dad went to a top 5 univ(at that time) in China. It’s a lot harder for kids to get in as 1st generation to attend college, right?

I know that I’ll definitely be looking at the super competitive colleges, but I’m not done with the boarding school process yet, besides so many things can happen in the next 4 years, so … But I understand why some of you who have legacies are looking early into colleges .

MIT has an excellent management / economics department too. It is not all math and science. You can also cross-register for classes at Harvard and Wellesley.
