Where do YOU want to go to college?

Yale, WILLIAMS (go ephs!), harvard, brown, middlebury(?), smith, umass, trinity

I don’t really want to go to those schools b/c of rep. but because of the ‘feel’ they give off(ie- the community etc and the programs)

that’s also just a list of schools im thinking of. im Def NOT going to like…WPI or anything.

Columbia or NYU!!! Annd, I’ll apply to Brown, UPenn, Cornell, maybe Yale, UVA, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, Northwestern, USC, Berkley (aunt went there :D) annd that’s it so far =]

Columbia and Julliard, Harvard and NE conservatory, Johns Hopkins and Peabody, URochester and Eastman… you get the idea, wherever it may be, it’s gotta be highly selective and have a really good conservatory/music school nearby

PRINCETON!!! I have my mind set on it!! It’s the most beautiful place in theee world.

princeton &&& georgetown :)

Eerily, my choices are exactly the same as somnusc! Harvard, Columbia, and UPenn Wharton

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE.

Although my list will probably include these schools in the end…

Stanford

Yale

Columbia

Princeton

Oh… and Brown. ;)

Princeton! Both parents attended :)

A lot of people including myself have put Harvard, UPenn Wharton and Columbia lol I wonder why…

May be Wall Street. :)

Yeah but Columbia’s Buisness school, if they have one isn’t that good. Obviously Econ at Harvard and well UPenn Wharton are amazing but why did everyone( Including Myself) put Columbia lol.

I LOVE Columbia  the campus is beautiful and I love their core curriculum :D

Somnusc will very probably be going to a business school and she wants to start a…(well I can just stop here and let her finish the great story)

Hey! You guys are SO lucky! Anyways, my dad went to a top 5 univ(at that time) in China. It’s a lot harder for kids to get in as 1st generation to attend college, right?

I seriously have no idea. But no MIT or Caltech for me. I HATE HATE HATE math and science.

One of my BFFs loves MIT. She’s an IMO-hopeful or something, yeah like a crazy math kid.

I know that I’ll definitely be looking at the super competitive colleges, but I’m not done with the boarding school process yet, besides so many things can happen in the next 4 years, so … But I understand why some of you who have legacies are looking early into colleges  .

MIT has an excellent management / economics department too. It is not all math and science. You can also cross-register for classes at Harvard and Wellesley.

Yeah I like the MIT Sloan School of Buisness .

hey josh are you catholic? i noticed you said georgetown. I am looking into a private catholic myself hopefuly Holy Cross MA
