<p>Let's say one plays a sport for 10 years, but not in high school, would that go anywhere that a college could see? (besides an essay) I'm wondering because I see people putting piano for 13 years, so . . . </p>

<p>I would not put down that you played a sport for 10 years, but not in high school, anywhere on the application.</p>
<p>If you mean that you played this sport for 10 years, but stopped playing it once you got to high school, then don’t even put it on your application. If you’re still playing this sport outside of school, you can/should write it down in your Activities section (unless the activities section is just for school activities…then you can always put it in the additional information section).</p>
