Where does your school math "max out"?

Calc BC

The stupid thing is, there is a community college right across the street (literally) and they wont let you go take any classes there, so you have to take calc senior year, even if your ready for it earlier.

Calculus AB.

Algebra- geometry- algebra2/trig- SL or HL- AP Calculus- BC calculus with HL2

CALC AB but I self-studied for BC.

My school goes up to either AP Stats or AP Calc BC.

It maxes out where the derivative is 0 and the second derivative is positive! ahahaha! buh-dump clash!

Anyways, it maxes out at AP Calc AB/Stats AP

The second derivative has to be negative chief.

Mine goes up to Calc AB.

oh. oops. It's been a year since I've taken Calc, haha.

AP Calculus AB.

I plan to at least complete Multivariable Calculus and Linear Algebra by senior year through the local community college or state uni.

AP Calc BC.. or AP Stats

Algebra I (if you didn't take it in 8th grade) -> Geometry -> Algebra II -> Precalculus -> AP Calculus (BC topics are covered out of class... the smart kids take the BC test, everyone else takes AB)

Multivariable, then you can take classes at Princeton

good idea for a thread

mine school math maxes out at AP Calculus AB for seniors...but i skipped a course this year and went straight to precalc so i'll have AB junior year and then will figure out something for senior year at community college i guess ...sux

AP Calc AB
A few kids each year take the equivilent of AP Calc BC at the state U their senior year, and they're supposed to be the really smart ones. They had to either drive across town a few times a week to the high school their 8th grade year to take geometry or take a year of math over the summer. I guess you could go up to whatever the state U offers, but I've never heard of anyone younger than a senior taking math there. My school isn't considered a bad school around here either.

CC amazes me.

AP Calc BC/AP Stats

If someone exhausts everything, like a couple of my friends, they go to NC State to take math classes.

AP Calc BC... a select few go on to Multivariable Calculus as an independent study...

My school probably goes up to Calc. BC, then you could take classes either at Yale or a local community college.

AP Calc. BC and AP Statistics...idk which is higher

AP Statistics/AP Calculus BC
but the trend in my school is like this:
Alegbra 1 --> Geometry --> Algebra 2 --> Precalculus/Math Analysis --> AP Calculus AB --> AP Calculus BC --> AP Statistics
