Where else have you gotten in?

And how far up is USC on your list?

For me, I've gotten into USC, UCLA, and UCSD so far. Out of those three, USC is my first choice. If I get the full scholarship, I'll probably have to do a toss-up between Stanford, Princeton, and USC. But I probably won't get into Stanford or Princeton, so...yeah, there's a good chance I'll go to USC.. if I get the full ride :) Otherwise, probably UCLA or UCSD. And I don't want to go to those, so I'm just crossing my fingers for the trustee...

Waiting for:
Berkeley
Harvard
Princeton
Stanford
Yale
Williams

Anyone else care to share?

er also got into Washington University in St. Louis. Haven't heard back from Berkeley, Claremont McKenna, or UPenn yet.

Haven't heard back from anywhere except USC. I got into NEC (New England Conservatory --it's in Boston) with a 10k a year scholarship (I didn't apply either). I'm still waiting from Yale, UCB, Columbia, Northwestern, CMU...

But USC is my top, so as long as I get a substantial merit scholarship, I'm going.

waiting for cal, stanford and usc

Son waiting for Princeton, Penn, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, and Harvey Mudd. But without big merit aid (Son received none) USC is looking out of reach. Schreyers is looking better and better to me, since I have to pay!

I'm in 4/5 UC's, waiting for Berkeley.
Likely to go to UCLA over USC because of cost and location.
Family is willing to pay EFC if I get into Wharton.
Will likely make it to NYU Stern, but can't afford it.
Denied SCEA to Stanford :-<

Haven't heard from USC still... But I'm in at UCLA (looking better and better every day I don't hear from USC), UCSD, Nevada, U. of Washington, and Miami. Still waiting on Berkeley too. Right now it's down to USC and UCLA with USC marginally ahead but like I said I'm getting pretty impatient with USC.

Accepted to: USC, UCLA, and UCDavis (with regents)
Denied SCEA to Stanford.
yep.... i only applied to 4 schools! USC is number one, i'm definitely attending. sure, its expensive, but i got a dean's scholarship so that helps... a bit...

Accepted to: USC, UT-Austin, Miami, Wisconsin, Mizzou, St. Louis U
USC was far and away my top choice, but when I got into Texas (i'm out of state, so I wasn't expecting it) I started looking into the film program there and it, along with the quickly growing film community in Austin, started to really intrigue me (along with the dirt cheap price tag). But of course, USC film is USC film, so it's going to be a tough choice.

Accepted to UNLV *university of las vegas and San Diego State but still waiting on USC,Pepperdine, and Chapman *crosses fingers and of course USC is my first choice ; D

Accepted to:
Berkeley
UCLA
UCSD
UC Davis
NYU
Carnegie Mellon
USC

Waiting for:
Harvard
Stanford
Yale
Northwestern
UPenn
Cornell

i dont really know where i want to go yet. if i get usc's presidential scholarship, it'll make my decision even harder!

Havent heard from USC yet, or anywhere else - except NYU Tisch (Saturday at the Square invite).

Accepted to:
USC
Rice
University of Oregon Honors

Waiting on:
Stanford
Duke
Penn (Wharton)
Georgetown
Dartmouth
Claremont Mckenna

USC is probably ahead of Rice (unless I don't get any money after the scholarship interview), but it's behind Duke, Stanford, Penn, and Dartmouth. No clear choice among those four though.

Accepted:
USC
University of Illinois
Purdue
Auburn
Embry-Riddle
Saint Louis University

Waiting:
Stanford
Harvard
Cornell
Princeton
Columbia
Ohio State
University of North Dakota

guidez, doesnt northwestern have a better music program than SC. If I were you i'd rather go there.

Son is in at:
Stanford SCEA
USC
UCLA Regents
UCSD
UCI

Waiting on:
UCB
Duke
Princeton

Best wishes to everyone in the coming week!

darkadvantage, northwestern has a good music dept., but in guitar, USC's is musch better. USC has 4 outstanding guitar prof's, while USC has two... I had a masterclass w/ the prof's at Northwestern, and I didnit really click with them. And believe me, you have to like the teacher you're going to be studying w/ for the next 4 years! lol

Accepted: USC (interviewed for trustee), Maryland, UT-Austin, UCLA, Wisconsin

Waiting: Penn(Wharton), Notre Dame, UVA, UNC, Georgetown, Northwestern

Denied SCEA Stanford

USC is my top of the one's I've gotten into, but if I don't get the trustee, I'd probably choose UT-Austin. I'm still holding onto a little bit of hope for Wharton though.

Accepted: USC, W&M
Waiting: Penn, Stanford, Brown, Dartmouth, Harvard, Georgetown, Northwestern, Tufts, Columbia, Middlebury, Chicago, GW

D has gotten into UCLA, and USC. Still waiting on many more. She has to visit both UCLA and USC since she has never been to either. Knowing her, she would probably pick USC due to its smaller size classes, etc; however, cost is the biggest factor. I cannot afford the full price tag of USC so I'm praying for some assistance.
