Alright so here's the thing, I got into both Georgia Tech and USC(LA). I should go to Tech, but USC is appealing, just because it's USC. I haven't received any award letters from neither school, so I can't decide based on financial aid. I want to major in aerospace, so Georgia tech is the better option, but USC is also a good school, and I don't know if I'm ready to sacrfice my life to Georgia tech yet. I just can't decide on what's more important right now. Any help or advice would be appreciated

There both great schools. Go to where you want to go. In this case you can be successful at either.

if you have the chance to go to where you want to go then go. my parents wont even let me take a scholarship opportunity at my top choice because its a private school, even though their finaid includes no school loans.

go where you want. not where you should. you might be a little resentful if you don’t go where you want. besides, most of us swtich majors.

If you’re not onboard with the Tech lifestyle I don’t think I can recommend you coming here for that particular major. I don’t have any personal experience with the aerospace program but I hear it’s pretty ridiculous even by Tech standards because it’s one of the higher-ranked programs.

USC, cuz its USC

I’m not on board for the Tech lifestyle so much, but I know that there will actually be people at Tech that are not so much down for the Tech lifestyle either. It’s not so much about that though cause its ATL and all. But USC is USC, and I’m from Miami so it’s kinda like the miami lifestyle without being at home. But is Tech really that much of a sacrifice, cause I’m not so down for that…

Again, do what you want. Its not like you are choosing between a great school and a bad school. They are too good schools.
