<p>I think you will find the answer on a thread here, try checking the posts around this time last year.</p>
<p>I saw that an international student knew by the 17th of December in 2006, I didn’t see anything about emails for ED (they do it for RD though), just big packets in the mail with a purple thumbs up. Good luck and let us know how it goes!</p>
